Kate Caspar

Kate Caspar is an experienced education leader currently serving as Associate Head of School and previously as Assistant Head of School at The Winsor School since July 2014. Prior roles include Assistant Head for Academics and Academic Dean at Pomfret School from 2009 to 2014, and Director of College Counseling at Westminster School from 1998 to 2009. Kate began a career in education as an English Teacher and Assistant Director of Athletics at Kent School from 1995 to 1997. Academically, Kate holds a Master of Arts in Film Studies from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University, complemented by a high school diploma from Hopkins School.
