Kim Lesser

Kim Lesser, CPHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Ski Instructor at WinSport since November 2022 and holding a position in Human Resources at Tansley Associates Environmental Sciences Inc. since June 2022, Kim has previously held significant roles at Saputo Inc. as Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Development, and at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. as Director of Human Resources for the Prairies. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Citi from 1989 to 2001. Kim's educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership degree from Banff School of Management, and degrees in Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Commerce from the University of Calgary and the University of Manitoba, respectively.
