Gregory Mastroianni

Gregory Mastroianni has been with Winston Flowers since August 1997 and has held various leadership roles within the company. As Director of Client Relations / Special Services Concierge, Gregory focuses on enhancing client experiences and driving performance. Gregory also serves as the Director of Training and Development, overseeing hiring, training, and onboarding for new employees. With experience as a Design Studio Sales Manager, Gregory has successfully managed sales teams, increased revenue, and improved customer satisfaction. Prior to Winston Flowers, Gregory worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Room Service Supervisor. Gregory holds a degree from Harvard University Extension School and Bay State College.
