Sam Wittmann

is an Asset Management Analyst for AWH Partners. In this role, he is responsible for portfolio performance analysis, capital investment oversight, investor relations, as well as refinancing and disposition efforts. Prior to joining AWH, Sam was an Analyst at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, a firm that specializes in commercial real estate debt investment on behalf of institutional investors. At Quadrant, Sam was responsible for loan and property valuation, asset management, and assisting with the origination of new loans. Sam attended Colgate University where he earned his BA in Geography and a minor in Spanish Language & Literature.
