Patti Bell, a 20-year employee benefits and administration expert, serves as Vice President of human resources for Winston Hospitality, Inc.
She recently has joined the newly re-formed Winston Hotels, Inc., as Vice President of human resources. She previously held the role of vice-president and director of investor relations, administration and human resources for the original incarnation of Winston Hotels. She also held a number of sales and marketing positions with a variety of insurance and hospitality companies.
Bell holds licenses in the State of North Carolina for Life, Accident, Health and Sickness. She received her B.S. in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
Bell is an active member of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management and a past member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
