Jared Dowling has over a decade of experience in the culinary industry. Jared began their career in 2007 as a Chef De Partie at Meantime Brewing Company. Jared then moved on to Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in 2008 and The Boundary Hotel in 2009. In 2010, they became a Junior Sous Chef at Koya and then an Executive Sous Chef at The Lockhart London Limited in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Executive Chef at Silkstone and THE FAT RADISH LIMITED. In 2017, they became the Executive Chef at Habitas. Since 2019, they have been the Culinary Director at both Winston House, LLC and The Waterfront Venice.
Jared Dowling attended the Chelsea School of Art and Design London from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Design and Visual Communications, General.
