Rachel Fanshawe

Rachel Fanshawe is a seasoned Programme Manager with extensive experience in project and change management, currently overseeing the operational readiness of Winstone Wallboards Ltd's North Island manufacturing plant relocation. Rachel's career includes roles at TSA Management and Xigo Limited, where Rachel contributed to projects under contract. Prior independent contracting includes managing a redevelopment programme at Plant and Food Research, where Rachel led multi-faceted initiatives. Additional experience encompasses project management roles at Fonterra, Neuren Pharmaceuticals, Investment New Zealand, and earlier project management positions within Fonterra's Corporate Strategy and Global Sales Network teams. Rachel holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Otago.
