Weston Arbogast, PE has extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Weston began their career in 2008 as an intern for The Walsh Group, assisting with the Phoenix METRO Light Rail project. In 2009, they interned for Alberici Constructors, working on the City of Wichita's Aquifer Storage Recovery, Phase II. In 2012, they joined InSite Group, Inc. as a Project Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Enginuity Consulting Engineers, where they served as an MEP Design Engineer/PM. In 2017, they became Co-Owner of Bison Design Co. and also rejoined InSite Group, Inc. as a Contract Engineer. In 2019, they joined BG Buildingworks, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and LEED CxA. In 2021, they joined WINT - Water Intelligence as a Senior Professional Design Engineer. In 2022, they became Technical Advisor for Empowered, LLC.

Weston Arbogast, PE completed a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University from 2006 to 2011. Weston then studied at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2011 to 2011. In 2016, Weston obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions. In 2019, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
