Shelton Nhamoinesu, PhD is currently the Associate Director and Head of Structural Engineering at Wintech, Façade Engineering Consultants since February 2014. Prior to that, they completed a BEng degree with 1st Class Honours at the University of Hertfordshire before pursuing a PhD in Engineering at the University of Cambridge. Their research focuses on developing steel-glass connections to improve structural efficiency and appearance of glazed structures.
