Mark Chapman

Mark Chapman is an experienced construction superintendent and project manager with a strong background in commercial and residential projects. Currently serving as a superintendent at MW Golden Constructors, Mark manages various construction projects, including a $4M condo conversion to affordable housing and other renovations. Previously, Mark played pivotal roles at Richmond American Homes, where management of single-family houses resulted in record closures, and at Gates Corporation, coordinating significant supply chain initiatives. Mark's experience also includes ski coaching at Winter Park Resort and project management in home remodeling and stone countertop production. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Universite Francois Rabelais and multiple bachelor's degrees from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Professional Pilot and Airline Management.
