Francois van der Heide

Francois Van Der Heide is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Winterflood Securities since January 2024, Francois previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Lulalend from June 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Francois was Head of Software Engineering and Software Engineering Lead at Wonga from October 2018 to May 2021. Additional experience includes Technical Lead: Client Integrations at Zapper App, Team Lead Developer at Keystroke Holdings, and Analyst Developer at Alacrity, among others. Francois received a National Diploma in Information Technology from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology between 1996 and 1998.
