Rebekah Coughlan

Rebekah Coughlan started their career in 2003 at South Bank Systems as an HR Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. In 2005, they joined Winterflood Securities, first as the Head of HR and later promoted to Director & Head of HR, a position they currently hold.

Rebekah Coughlan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Forensic Science and Technology at London South Bank University from 1999 to 2002. Rebekah then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at London Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Rebekah earned the MCIPD certification from CIPD, although the specific dates for this achievement have not been provided.
