Diana Prater has over a decade of experience in customer care and e-commerce management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Supervisor at Wintergreen Corporation since October 2012, Diana focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction related to orders and resolving disputes efficiently. In addition, Diana has experience as a Web Content Administrator, overseeing e-commerce operations, sales tracking, and SEO analytics. Previously, Diana worked as a Purchasing professional at Web Merchants from May 2011 to October 2012, where responsibilities included managing inventory purchases from over 30 vendors while maintaining budget constraints. Diana holds a degree from Ashford University, attended from 2010 to 2013, and graduated from North Forsyth High School in 2002.
