Quan Ly

Quan Ly is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager at Winters Instruments since September 2022. Prior to this role, Quan held the position of IT Specialist and Department Head at RE/MAX Hallmark, where responsibilities included supporting an infrastructure across 26 offices in southern Ontario and managing disaster recovery.
