Sameh Abdelmageed

Sameh Abdelmageed is a seasoned drilling engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Drilling Engineer at DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG since October 2014, focusing on non-operated projects in North Africa and overseeing drilling operations at the Reganne Nord project in Algeria. Prior to this role, Sameh worked at RWE Dea AG from October 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities included preparing drilling prognosis and supporting rig operations. Earlier in the career, Sameh gained hands-on experience as a Night Drilling Supervisor and Well Site Engineer at SUCO Suez Oil Company from January 2005 to November 2008, supervising various drilling operations. Sameh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Suez Canal University, completed in 2005.
