Sharon Fleming

Sharon Fleming is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Winthrop Technologies since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Head of HR & Organisational Development at EirGrid plc from February 2006 to August 2024, as well as serving as a Senior HR Specialist during that time. Sharon's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, obtained from January 2013 to January 2014, and a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation from NUI Maynooth, completed between January 2009 and January 2010.
