Rachel Sietz

Rachel Sietz is an experienced digital archivist with a robust background in taxonomy and archival processing. Currently serving at The Winthrop Group, Inc. since June 2018, Rachel has engaged in surveying, inventorying, and re-housing archival records. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Taxonomist at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the taxonomy operation for eCommerce sites and implementing data governance practices. Rachel's earlier roles encompassed various positions in archives and information management, including volunteer work with the Art Institute of Chicago and the Haddonfield Historical Society. Sietz holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Smith College.
