Sydney C. is a Corporate Associate Attorney at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., specializing in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at SiebenCarey Personal Injury Law, where case preparation and drafting of legal documents were key responsibilities.
