Douglas P. Boersma

Douglas Boersma is president of Wintrust Bank Chicago and chairman of Northbrook Bank & Trust. He also leads the Capital Markets and Sponsor Finance groups at Wintrust. Previously, he served as chairman, president, and CEO of Northbrook Bank & Trust. Doug has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry. A graduate of Miami University in Ohio, he also has an MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago, where he serves on the school’s business advisory board. He is on the board of directors of Beyond Sports Foundation and mHUB.
