Lou Sandoval

Lou Sandoval is the current director at Wintrust Bank. Prior to their current position, Lou served as the president and CEO of SupplyHive from January 2021 to February 2022. Lou was recruited by investors to help turn around the ailing start-up through a founder transition. Under Lou's leadership, the company increased brand awareness, improved financial operations, and right-sided functional departments to improve operating efficiency.

From November 2017 to October 2020, Lou served as the national director of business development for Brunswick Corporation and NAUTIC-ON. In this role, they were responsible for increasing sales and market share for both companies.
