Susan Gilbert

Susan Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and IT client services. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Solutions Support at Wintrust Financial Corporation since 2018, Susan has previously held significant roles at Follett from 1997 to 2017, including IT Client Services Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing 24/7 hardware and software support for over 900 retail sites. Prior to that, Susan held various sales and marketing positions at Follett Campus Resources and Missouri Book Services between 1986 and 1997. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
