The executive team at Wintrust Financial has a long history of experience in the finance and banking industry. Many members of the team have worked at large banks such as JPMorgan Chase and Fifth Third Bank. They also have experience working in smaller banks and companies such as Associated Banc-Corp and Valley Bancorporation. In addition to their experience in the banking industry, many members of the team also have degrees in finance or accounting from well-renowned universities such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
