Maria Rocha has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry. Currently serving as a CRA Loan Originator at Wintrust Mortgage since July 2016, Maria is responsible for developing new retail mortgage business, achieving sales goals, and fostering customer relationships through exceptional service. Prior to this role, Maria worked at US Bank Home Mortgage from August 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities included application processing, preliminary underwriting reviews, and maintaining timely communication for loan document requirements. Additionally, Maria held the position of Personal Banker, focusing on branch operational support, customer service, and cross-selling financial products.
