Lou Paik is a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with extensive experience in performance-based advertising and shopper marketing. As the Co-founder and President of Optimad Media since July 2015, Lou works with prominent global brands and Fortune 500 companies to enhance their media strategies. Prior to this role, Lou served as the Digital Strategy Lead for Shopper Marketing at The Dannon Company, overseeing marketing activities across major grocery retailers. Previous positions at Unilever included Shopper Marketing Manager and Senior Associate Shopper Marketing Manager, where Lou managed significant marketing budgets and led the creation of retail marketing strategies for numerous consumer brands. Lou's early career involved consulting roles at Navigant Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, as well as entrepreneurship as the co-founder of Urban Junkie. Lou holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master's in Healthcare Finance and Management from The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and a BA in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University.
