With previous experience as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Excitel Broadband, Head of Customer Experience at Home Credit International, and various roles at American Express, Kashish has a strong background in creating seamless customer experiences and driving engagement across markets in Europe, Asia, the US, and the UK. Kashish holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, with previous education in Hospitality Administration and Management.
