Ajikuttan Balan

Ajikuttan Balan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Programme Manager at Wipro, overseeing 12 Cloud-based workstreams. Ajikuttan has held various leadership roles within Toastmasters International, including Immediate Past President and Vice President of Public Relations, emphasizing a commitment to public speaking and leadership development. Previous positions include Project Manager at Commvault and ePlus inc., where Ajikuttan successfully delivered backup and recovery projects and conducted client meetings. At Mphasis, Ajikuttan acted as a Project Management Lead, managing documentation and project risk, and also held project management roles at Capgemini, Reliance Globalcom, and Convergys, gaining a solid foundation in IT project execution and team collaboration. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Product Management from the Institute of Product Leadership, Ajikuttan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Pune University.
