Amit is a seasoned global leader. He offers rich experience in client value creation, strategy consulting, financial management, business process re-engineering, mergers and acquisitions.

Amit joined from Capgemini, where he shaped the company’s strategic direction as part of the Executive Committee of the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. As the Chief Operating Officer for the Financial Services SBU, Amit delivered successful execution through innovation, customer delight through delivery excellence, capability and talent development through agile planning, business economics management, proactive leadership evolution, and continuous process improvements.

Prior to Capgemini, Amit consulted Boards and CXOs across industries, namely financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and industrial goods.

Amit is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology – Kanpur, and the Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta. He is passionate about continuous learning, value-based thinking, and agile execution. Amit enjoys reading, traveling with family, and dabbling in golf, volleyball, cricket, and skiing.

As Chief Operating Officer, Amit is tasked with securing the functionality for all facets of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
