Prior to this role, Karthick held various positions at HCLTech from August 2020 to July 2023, progressing from Senior Executive to Associate Manager in SAP Practice Marketing, focusing on demand generation, branding, and strategic campaigns. Karthick also contributed to the financial services sector as a Senior Management Trainee, launching solution-centered offerings, and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture from May 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included test engineering for financial services applications. Karthick began the professional journey as a Research Intern at Tvs Rubber Factory after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Thiagarajar College of Engineering and earning an MBA in Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
