Priyatham VR is a Major Incident Manager at Wipro, with experience in managing major incidents and conducting root cause analysis using methodologies such as the Five Why RCA and Fishbone methods. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at HCLTech, where responsibilities encompassed problem management, change management, and escalation management, along with client coordination, and on-site leadership for a wealth management client in the UK for two years. Priyatham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from JNTU Anantapur, completed in March 2011.
