José Heredia

José Heredia is a seasoned technical service engineer currently employed at WireCo since April 2022, where responsibilities include providing technical support on wire steel ropes across various industries in the LATAM region, including mining, cranes, fishing, and oil & gas. Prior to this role, José served as Mechanical Service Engineer II at Komatsu Mining Corp. from January 2016 to March 2022, ensuring OEM quality in the assembly and overhaul of electric rope shovels in Peru and Colombia, and previously led a planning team as Field Service Planner. José began the career as an Operations & HSE Intern at Joy Global Inc. and holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Management Talent Development Program from PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura and degrees in finance for business management, key account management, and specialization in heavy machinery engineering from various prestigious institutions in Peru.
