Harsha Dilushan

Harsha Dilushan has held various positions in the software engineering industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Part-time Market Research Interviewer at Sri Lanka Business Development Centre (SLBDC). In 2010, they interned at Sri Lanka Insurance. The following year, they were promoted to Graduate Trainee at the same company. In 2012, they joined ShipXpress Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they performed both QA and BA activities. In 2016, they moved to GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they assumed the role of QA Lead for the project team. In 2019, they joined Wabtec Corporation as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they work at Wired2Perform\u00ae as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they are responsible for managing overall testing activities.

Harsha Dilushan has a Bachelor of Science (BSc Special) in Financial Mathematics from the University of Colombo, obtained between 2007 and 2011. Harsha also obtained a CMA Certificate in Accounting & Business Studies from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA) in 2010. Harsha'ssecondary education was obtained at Mahinda College, where they studied G.C.E(A/L) - Mathematics. In addition, Harsha Dilushan has obtained certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Harsha obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level in August 2014, the Project Management Professional (PMP) in February 2018, and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) in September 2019.
