Aaron Morley

Aaron Morley's work experience begins in 2002 with Wellingborough Council, where they held a management role as a Lifeguard/Relief Duty Manager. Their responsibilities included supervising staff, resolving customer complaints, handling finances, and ensuring site security. Aaron then joined the Northamptonshire Police Force in 2003 as a Special Constable, performing regular police duties until 2006.

In 2009, Morley worked as a Lifeguard/Relief Duty Manager at DC Leisure Management Ltd. Aaron then joined Tesco PLC in 2011 as a Grocery Team Leader/Training Manager, where they managed the grocery department and trained staff.

Morley's career in the tech industry began in 2014 with a software developer internship at Wiredelta. Aaron later became a Technical Lead and Institute Director in early 2015 before taking on the role of COO & Partner. The COO & Partner role included responsibilities at Wiredelta, a web application and servicing agency, as well as an institute for training in web technologies. In October 2020, Morley transitioned to the role of Managing Director & Partner at Wiredelta.

In 2015, Morley also became an investor at Sigma Investments, where they continued their involvement with Wiredelta. More recently, starting in November 2021, they became a shareholder at Dotcom Capital ApS, a venture builder focused on acquiring and developing digital platforms.

Overall, Morley has gained experience in management, training, law enforcement, and the tech industry throughout their career.

Aaron Morley attended FHMR (Ferrers, Huclow, Manor and Rushden 4 School Consortium) from 2000 to 2002 where they obtained their A'levels in Product Design and ICT. From 2012 to 2015, they studied at Copenhagen Business Academy and earned an AP Degree in Computer Science. In 2013-2014, Aaron also attended Sprogcenter Hellerup / Hellerup Language School where they pursued Danish 3, focusing on Danish Language and Literature.
