Sam Protzmann

Sam Protzmann has a diverse work experience in the real estate and technology industry. Sam is currently the Head of Northeast Markets at WiredScore since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Steering Committee Member at BIG - Building Intelligence Group starting in December 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Sam worked as a National Account Executive at REdirect Consulting, a leading provider of real estate technology solutions. Sam later transitioned to the role of Account Executive from 2017 to 2018 within the same company. At REdirect Consulting, they assisted numerous clients across the real estate industry in achieving their technology and business goals.

In 2016, Sam worked in Business Development for Hightower Inc., a company that specializes in end-to-end leasing and asset management technology for commercial real estate. Sam played a key role in transforming the industry through real-time deal tracking and analytics.

Before joining Hightower, Sam worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate in the Capital Markets Group. During their time there from 2014 to 2016, they focused on investment sales in South Brooklyn, handling marketing and sales activities for over 40 properties valued at over $200 million.

Sam began their career in 2013 as an Intern at Massey-Knakal Realty Services before working as an Investment Sales Associate at the same company from July to December 2014.

With their extensive experience in real estate technology solutions, investment sales, and business development, Sam has built a strong foundation in the industry.

Sam Protzmann attended William & Mary from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General. In 2013, Sam also participated in a Semester at Sea program, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Sam obtained a Kyriba Platinum Sales Certification from Kyriba in May 2020. Additionally, Sam holds a license as a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
