Sean Deely has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on infrastructure management and critical telecommunications infrastructure. Sean has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2022 to present, Sean has been the Interim Integration Programme Leader at Wireless Infrastructure Group.

From 2006 to 2015, Sean had multiple roles at Arqiva, including National Property Operations Manager, National Property Strategy Manager, and National Infrastructure Manager. Sean was responsible for managing infrastructure, developing property strategies, and overseeing asset improvement programs.

Before joining Arqiva, Sean worked at National Grid Wireless as the AM Technical Services Manager from 2004 to 2006.

Sean began their career at Crown Castle International, where they held roles as Structures Group Manager and Contract Procurement Manager from 2000 to 2004.
