Sean Deely

Sean Deely has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on infrastructure management and critical telecommunications infrastructure. Sean has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2022 to present, Sean has been the Interim Integration Programme Leader at Wireless Infrastructure Group.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Sean worked at Cellnex UK as the Head of Infrastructure. Their responsibilities included ensuring safe and secure site environments for mobile operators and developing strategies to meet future needs.

From 2017 to 2020, Sean was the Head of Infrastructure at Arqiva. Sean was accountable for maximizing infrastructure availability and capacity across 7,000 UK sites and developing long-term infrastructure strategies.

In 2016, Sean served as the Head of Infrastructure at Arqiva, where they focused on developing capital expenditure programs and ensuring compliance.

Before that, in 2015, Sean worked as a Critical Telecommunications Infrastructure Leader/Expert at Business Change Consultant. Sean successfully resolved significant delays in mobile communications 4G rollouts through analysis, process changes, and organizational structure changes.

During the same year, Sean also served as a Mobile Sector/Critical Infrastructure Expert/Leader at Consultant - In house. Sean managed critical infrastructure assets and services, built strategic government and industry relationships, and worked with various organizations.

From 2006 to 2015, Sean had multiple roles at Arqiva, including National Property Operations Manager, National Property Strategy Manager, and National Infrastructure Manager. Sean was responsible for managing infrastructure, developing property strategies, and overseeing asset improvement programs.

Before joining Arqiva, Sean worked at National Grid Wireless as the AM Technical Services Manager from 2004 to 2006.

Sean began their career at Crown Castle International, where they held roles as Structures Group Manager and Contract Procurement Manager from 2000 to 2004.
