Radosław Zadroga

Tomasz Rados is a seasoned financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at the European Commission as a financial correspondent and project assistant within the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support, as well as membership on the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. Previous positions also encompass contributions to the European Defence Agency, the European External Action Service as a coordination assistant, and leadership at Network PL, focusing on Polish professionals in international organizations. Rados began a career in the European Commission in various capacities, including contract agent and policy officer, after initial experience at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
