Michael Kearns has a diverse work experience starting from 2012 as a Customer Service & Marketing Apprentice at IRS Ltd. In 2014, they worked as a Temporary Marketing Officer at IRS Limited, where they executed a digital marketing project and performed day-to-day marketing duties. Michael then joined Skiffl in 2017 as Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for developing the website, managing social media and campaigns, and reporting on KPIs. In 2019, Michael became an Account Manager at Aqua Cure Ltd, working with businesses across various industries to choose the right products and assist with order processing. In 2020, they joined EKM as an Account Manager, helping businesses of all sizes optimize their eCommerce platforms. Currently, Michael is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wireless Social, where they provide tailored demo sessions, implements strategic changes, and ensures customer success for operators.

Michael Kearns attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Communications. In March 2016, they also obtained certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 and Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2013 from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
