Alina Șandor

Alina Șandor is currently a Senior Equipment Tester at Wirtek. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist for UPC Romania from March 2011 to August 2013.

In their role at UPC Romania, Alina was responsible for receiving and recording all issues raised by business clients about the functioning of Internet services / data / telephone / television. This included diagnosing and solving technical issues, as well as providing technical support on shared hosting service. Alina was also responsible for using telnet and ssh remote connection for troubleshooting on Cisco and Allied Telesis equipments.

Alina was successful in their role at UPC Romania due to their ability to quickly identify faults and propose solutions to increase productivity and streamline activities. Alina was also able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with other departments in order to resolve customer requests quickly.

Alina Șandor's educational career includes completing a Master's degree in Integrated Circuits and Systems from Technical University of Cluj Napoca, a Licentiate degree in Telecommunications Technologies and Systems from the same school, and a Master's degree in Mathematics and Informatics from Colegiul National Al. Papiu Ilarian in Tg Mures.

They are on a team with Mihai Lupșan - Senior Equipment Tester, Andrei Giurgiu - Senior Equipment Tester. Alina Șandor reports to Sorin Luca, Director of Electronic Equipment Services.
