Martin Fritz has extensive experience in journalism with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Since January 2009, Martin Fritz has served as the Japan and Korea correspondent for Börsen-Zeitung and WirtschaftsWoche, providing in-depth reporting on economics, finance, technology, and politics in Japan and Korea. Prior roles include Japan correspondent for Finanz und Wirtschaft and editor for Japanmarkt Online at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan. Martin Fritz has also worked as an East Asia correspondent for Norddeutscher Rundfunk, covering several countries, and served as a news editor for both Norddeutscher Rundfunk and Westdeutscher Rundfunk. Martin Fritz holds a Master's degree in Western European Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has participated in a Master’s program in Political Science at UCLA as a Fulbright scholarship holder.
