Alli Engelsma-Mosser is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as the Director of Development at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music since January 2024 and an Adjunct Instructor at Roosevelt University since September 2023, Alli has a strong background in fundraising and development from previous roles at notable organizations such as Milwaukee Rep and Goodman Theatre. Positions held include Director of Major and Planned Giving, Major Gifts Officer, and Associate Director of Development at Milwaukee Rep, and Manager of Individual and Major Gifts at Goodman Theatre. Alli also has a diverse skill set honed through earlier roles at Huntington Theatre Company, including Annual Fund and Corporate Giving Officer, and experience with Bad Habit Productions and Project Theatre. Alli holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts with a minor in Dance from Winona State University.

The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music is the largest non-profit community music school in the state. Founded in 1899, the Conservatory provides musical experiences to students from age four months to adults, to all levels of abilities, working to develop creative, artistic, and whole individuals.
