Josephine Clark

Josephine Clark currently serves as Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Administration since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Associate Legal Counsel, Assistant Legal Counsel, and Pardon Counsel and Coordinator under Governor Tony Evers from May 2021 to September 2023. Josephine also worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorneys' Offices from September 2020 to February 2021 and as a Legal Assistant for Governor Tony Evers in 2020. Earlier experience encompasses a Legal Intern position at the ACLU of Wisconsin and a Legal Assistant role at Chen & Mu, Attorneys at Law. Josephine's education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The University of the South. Additional studies took place at the School for International Training in 2015.
