Herb Britsch

Herb Britsch serves as the Chief Information Officer at the Wisconsin Department of Justice since June 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in information technology leadership. Prior to this role, Herb held multiple positions at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, including Deputy IT Director and IT Operations Manager from October 2017 to June 2022. Herb also worked for the State of Wisconsin from March 2012 to September 2017 as the Converged and Cloud Provisioning Services Section Chief. Herb's extensive career in the Wisconsin Department of Transportation began in September 1993, where roles included Supervisor of the Infrastructure Services Unit and Information Technology System Administrator until March 2012.
