Ashley Showers

Ashley Showers is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction since March 2022. Prior roles include HR Program Officer at the Department of Children and Families and various HR positions within the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Starting in the HR field as a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards, Ashley has developed a strong foundation in human resources through extensive experience. Ashley holds a degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
