Christine Koeller

Christine Koeller, GISP, serves as the Airport GIS Program Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Bureau of Aeronautics' Geographic Information System program and aiding strategic planning efforts. Previously, Christine held the position of Cartographic Specialist at WisDOT, focusing on the production of the official state highway map and various GIS products. From May 2013 to April 2019, Christine worked as a GIS Project Leader and Faculty Associate at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, teaching courses on GIS fundamentals and techniques. Christine holds a Master's Degree in Natural Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Watershed Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
