Dawn Sesto

Dawn Sesto is an experienced Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst with a robust background in IT and engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager and Consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since October 2022, Sesto's previous roles include IT Apps Dev Product Owner and Business Owner at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, as well as Product Owner and Scrum Master at Thrivent Financial. At Thrivent, Sesto contributed significantly by managing agile teams and hiring BSA Consultants, while also serving as a Senior Business Analyst focused on aligning IT solutions with business needs. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GE Healthcare, where Sesto led global quality systems implementations, developed product specifications, and managed software projects. Sesto started a career as a Software Engineer at Ohmeda and JI CASE, backstopped by a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
