Carl Ziemer

Carl Ziemer, a retired Pastor Emeritus, has extensive experience in the field of ministry. Carl has held various leadership positions, including Director of Special Ministries at WELS and Director of Special Ministries at Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. With a Master of Divinity degree from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Carl has dedicated their career to meeting the spiritual and other needs of individuals with special needs.
