Marybeth Bay

Marybeth Bay has extensive experience in healthcare information technology, currently serving as the Board Director and Treasurer for the Wisconsin Health Information Organization since January 2021. Prior to this role, Marybeth held the position of Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Quartz Health Solutions from January 2016 to May 2024 and served as Chief Information Officer at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics from January 2009 to January 2016. Earlier in the career, Marybeth worked at Dean Health Insurance, Inc., transitioning from Director of Technical Transformation to Director of Business Solution Delivery from January 1995 to January 2009. Marybeth's academic background includes an Executive and Continuing Professional Education degree in Leadership Strategies for Information Technology in Health Care from Harvard T.H.
