Erica Brower

Erica Brower possesses extensive experience in animal welfare and nonprofit management, currently serving as a Foster Specialist at the Wisconsin Humane Society since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing the flow of foster animals and volunteers while ensuring excellent customer service. Previously, Erica held the position of Lead Foster Coordinator at PAWS Chicago from June 2020 to September 2022, leading a team to place numerous animals in foster care and addressing complex issues related to animal health and behavior. Erica has a rich background in animal care roles, including internships and positions at renowned organizations, alongside experience in educational and community service environments. Erica holds a Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University and a degree in Anthropology and East Asian Studies from Bucknell University, further complemented by studies at Minzu University of China.
