Cindy Holmes, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving in a dual role in Human Resources and Safety at Wisconsin Oven since December 2022, Cindy previously held the position of Plant Human Resources Business Partner at ITW Powertrain Plastics NA from April 2022 to November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Plaspros Inc and Novares Group, and as Human Resources Generalist at Vision Plastics, Inc. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc.
