Scott Greenhouse

Scott Greenhouse is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in employee relations, safety, and health strategies. Having served as Vice President of Human Resources at Dover Corporation since November 2008, Scott has contributed significantly to the leadership and development of programs aimed at maximizing employee satisfaction. Prior to this role, Scott held senior positions in human resources at Holcim USA and Ingersoll Rand, demonstrating a strong background in managing employee relations and safety initiatives. Scott holds a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Clark University.
