John Buchman

John Buchman has a long and varied work experience in the food industry. John began their career in 1997 as a Food Safety Manager at Packerland Packing Co. In 2001, they joined Cargill Meat Solutions as a Technical Services Manager and Assistant Director of Cattle Procurement. In 2008, they moved to Jones Dairy Farm as Director of Quality Assurance, where they were a member of the American Meat Institute Inspection Committee and part of the company's executive committee. From 2010 to 2014, they held roles at Saputo as Quality Assurance Manager, and at Palermo's Pizza as Plant Manager, Quality Operations Manager, and Corporate Quality Manager. In 2021, they began working at PS Seasoning as Vice President Operations, and they are currently in the same role at Pharmacal Company.

John Buchman attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Natural Science with a field of study in Meat & Animal Science.
